Marcos was super helpful. I did my own research but he managed to give me even more information on my purchases. It made me more confident in how much money I was spending. Helped me solve my internet problems, and was personable too. Next time I plan on making a big purchase I’ll only ask for him.

The people who work here are absolutely friendly and helpful. Arun was the one who helped me find what I needed and he was extremely helpful. Told him I was in the market for a new tablet for YouTube purposes and he who me up a good tablet.

The stock is pretty limited, almost never find what I need. Not always a lot of employees working so good luck finding someone to check anything for you lol the ones who do help are great, just a bit of a pain just waiting to find someone

Everything, service, warranty service, atmosphere was all great. Their only downfall is you have a wait to get anyone available to help.

Had an open box item - excellent condition. This means a geek squad member certified everything was in the box. My monitor came without a the power cord.
When I went to the store to return it, they wouldn’t replace it with the same monitor (non open box) because it was $20 more expensive than the open box item.
So I had to drive 40 minutes to a Best Buy to spend an extra $20 to wait an additional week to have the monitor delivered since they had none in store. I was guranteed all the parts were there, I should have been compensated and not forced to spend more money in time, gas, and for the product.
