I've visited here a few times and it's a great place with great staff . They are very helpful and there are a wide variety of lotions,fragrances to choose from. On a recent visit a staff member helped me make a purchase for a friend for mother's day. Totally without my friend knowing. She was very helpful and knew I was doing it in secret. The candle holder was the perfect gift and my friend loved it. Thanks again you guys "Rock"

A little hard to find, it's in a mall. There are no external signs. Once in the mall, it was easy. Had a few coupons to redeem. They have some new scents out for spring/summer.

Very friendly and helpful associate. I was having trouble getting my app to open, and she came over and told us they had free wifi and how to access it. So I was able to bring my coupons up on the app. Very clean store, and well organized. Nice selection of new collections to choose from.

I had exceptional service at this Bath and Body Works located in The Crossroads Mall. I could not find the bar soap I wanted. An associated looked in the cabinet, the back room and another location in the store and didn't find it. I was checking out when she came rushing with a bar she found in another location. She was so pleasant and helpful. I will definitely visit this location again. A product I highly recommend is their room spray. It is in a very small container and one spray gives a very pleasant aroma and offensive odors disappear. I keep one in each bathroom.

The ladies here are always so pleasant and helpful! I ordered a few fragrances online during the semi-annual sale, but didn't like them. So, I took them to the store to return. I found out that I could just exchange them for another fragrance at the SAME sales price. That was great to know! The ladies helped me from beginning to end, smiling the whole time. And they were very knowledgeable about the scents as well. Great products, great experience! ?
