Everyone at the office is so helpful and kind when I need to ask an insurance question or make a payment. It's nice that Barry will actually sit down and take the time to explain my policies and not try to sell me things that I don't need. One thing I am thankful for is that he explained the new insurance laws in Michigan and set me up with an "Umbrella" policy. I didn't even know I needed it or what it was. I also got a discount by moving my home insurance to State Farm. Not long ago, I purchased a new car on a Saturday and Barry took the time out of his weekend to go into the office to face me the paperwork and new insurance information the dealer needed. I'm not sure my old agent would have done that. I highly recommend working with Barry and his staff. Such great down to earth people who really care!

Love working with this State Farm office. They are so helpful and you beyond and above with their customer service. The girls in the office are sweet and helpful any time I have a question. Not long ago I purchased a car on a Saturday and Barry went into the office to make sure I had the proper information and insurance for my new car. He also took the time to explain Michigan’s new insurance laws. If you need an insurance agent who cares this is the pace to be!

Don't know what is going on with this place, seems they (State Farm) can't decide on what to charge me. They sent me cancelation notice without even telling me I owed more. I would happily paid it. But was never told I owed more at anytime. Hopefully they work out there problems. Still a good company and nice people in the office.
