Locked in a rate so low the folks at the title company said it was the lowest rate they’d seen (in a while/ever/this week…I don’t remember exactly) Molly was great to work with.”

Awesome service from the tellers, loan officers, managers and customer service reps. They have very good culture and have always been upfront honest and down to earth employees.I recommend people to open an account with them.”

“As far as the customer service goes at this branch I've had nothing but a very professional experience as well as friendly which has not been the case with some other neighboring branch locations. Kaitlyn (I hope that's how she spells it) has been great as well as Andrew whether that be when I have come to the branch or called on the phone, they both handle my requests quickly and efficiently. After I retired, we moved to Battle Creek where our main credit union is NOT located so we opened another account at Kellogg. At the time we opened the account, they had a great rate on CDs so we invested in one. So now we use both Kellogg and our original credit union. “Never have had any issues with 5th 3rd, they used to have a location in about every town.Now things are a lot different with people doing banking on the internet and realize that all those locations weren't needed.The only complaint I have is it's hard to find an ATM or one affiliated with 5th 3rd without paying fees.People complaining about fee's need to know banks always had policies in place when cashing checks.With counterfeiters getting more elaborate with their scams banks need to take precautions now more than ever.”

“They Hold the Magic Wand! Ashley was able to get my Nissan Re-financed just after 7 months from Credit acceptance! She brought my Interest rate From 23% down to 9%!! Mind you they pulled my credit at only 600! My monthly payment went from $627 down to $455! and I had 62 months left and she re-financed me at 63 months! This way my term wasn't even extended! They went the extra MILE for me and made it happen! I know it wasn't Easy but she sure did make it look easy and Painless for me! This meant a lot for me! Now I plan on working with Advia to help keep my credit growing strong and to do future business with Finally taking a mortgage for a house in the near future!I Would Recommend this branch to anyone!! PS. Ashley just got promoted to Branch Manager and is moving To a nearby Advia! Congrats!”
