Not super happy with the level of service I was provided recently. The staff in the evening were phenomenal. That is the only reason why I am leaving 2 stars. I will be going to the auto zone on stadium drive for future visits.

John Edwards. Horrible, condescending, extremely hostile individual, and should not be handling customers in any capacity. Went in and simply asked if they had a particular part I was looking for, and was met with a barrage of scoffs, scolds, and the biggest attitude for absolutely no reason. I felt extremely uncomfortable during that transaction. I don't know if he was having a bad day, but no adult that age should interact with a customer if they can't put aside their issues like a grown up.

Online order said in stock at this store. Arrived to pick up and was treated like I was dumb for not understanding that it isn’t there even though website said in stock at this specific address. Manager dismissively handed me canceled transaction receipt after saying he couldn’t do anything with online orders. Won’t be coming here for auto parts in the future…
