We were very pleased with the delivery crew from ABC Warehouse. There was a mix up on the refrigerator we purchased (not the fault of the delivery crew) and they were patient as we tried to figure out how the wrong refrigerator was sent. The same crew came back the next day with the correct refrigerator and made sure everything was right before leaving. Unfortunately I do not recall their names but they are top notch guys.

We had a refrigerator and a range delivered on two different dates. Both times, the delivery men were Eugene and Ty. They were both very cordial and efficient. On both occasions, they had difficulty getting the pieces into our home due to limited door width in our old house. They had to problem-solve on the spot and got both appliances in without doing any damage to our doors or the appliances. Both men are a real asset to your company!
Also, I would like to commend Brieanna for her salesmanship skills. She was always available for any questions we had.
We will come back to ABC Warehouse in the future!

I bought some new furniture at the Kalamazoo/Portage store and the sales person was super helpful and the 2 guys who delivered the furniture today were very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the friendly and professional manner that these guys have as they have a very hard job. Thanks ABC for making this process very simple and enjoyable.

This is by far the best place to get appliances. I went all around, best buy, lowes, American freight and they all came in way higher. Great customer service, great prices. This is how business is done.

We went to buy a dryer & they had NONE in stock….the ONLY dryers they had that we could take home that day, were the dent & scratch! No one wants to wait 3-7 days for a dryer..We ended up buying a GE Profile under their debt & scratch. The saleswoman said that a person had bought an electric but needed gas & somehow, both sides at the bottom, got dented. We still ended up buying it & that was our BIGGEST MISTAKE! They obviously don’t try the dryers out to make sure they still work properly! We got it home & the drum rubs the side up by the TOP, not even by the bottom, where it’s dented!! They have a NO RETURN policy on the dent & scratch items, so I went & bought a “dent puller”. It helped but not completely & the dryer can’t even dry 1 small load! So now we’re out $630! Never again will they get our business!

I have had a great relationship with the Saginaw store for 25 years.We moved down here a few years ago, bought a few appliances after we got down here, good experience. The one star was for my last sale. Got a tv, two digital antennas and a Blueray player.The other day I tried returning one antenna. Thats the one star. It was $20.00. I paid cash. The store mgr couldnt refund me. The cash on hand was for other customers paying cash that might need change. Was told I would have to call later in the day to see if they have my refund. Or I could wait a month to get issued a corp check. Next time use a card I was told. I thought this was still America where cash is still accepted.I wont bore you with a return from the regional mgr. He made sure I wont be back in ABC to return the $20 antenna. When he changed his tone and raised his voice when he asked WHAT DO YOU WANT ME DO................twice.Shopping at this store isnt worth the hassel.
