absolutely terrible service from this business, a crossover pipe gasket repair and you the owner says “just change it yourself”, and then you tack on a 1000$ lazy fee because i don’t have a garage to change it myself? yeah okay buddy why do you think i came to you, not out of laziness but out of lack of ability, absolutely unprofessional never use this service for anything at all. absolute rip offServices: Transmission

Do not recommend. Owner frank is extremely rude and probably shouldn’t deal with customers. Went in to get a quote to have a cross over pipe gasket put in because I do not have a place to work on my vehicle myself, or I would. Was told to fix it myself and if they were to do it, it would be a $1000 for a lazy charge. Any time I have had repairs done here it costs well over the average price and it’s never fixed correctly. Have also purchased a vehicle from him, had to bring it in several times to have the same problem fixed because it wasn’t fixed right the first time was charged every time and was told I should have bought a better car. Recommend Wayne’s or kienath in Deckerville.

Don’t use this Mechanic ! ! ! Super rude ! ! ! Witnessed the owner arguing and yelling at a lady on speaker phone. I questioned the bill he started yelling at me. It was a big yelling match. He charged me 60 bucks to fix 2 front tire’s from my riding mower. You can buy 2 brand new tires on rims for 60 bucks ! Terrible manners, not professional at all ! ! ! The young guy who works there started yelling at the owner “ stop treating customers this way “ ! The young man came outside and told me he was quitting, he is sick of the owner treating customers bad ? I believe the young mans name is Autry. He’s ok, he apologized but, it wasn’t him, it was the owner ! You will be sorry if you use Port Sanilac Auto Care !

I wouldn't recommend this man to my worst enemy. Took my car because it needed new break lines. Not only was he incredibly rude from the very start. But lied throughout the entire process. Very poor business man. AND I paid him $400 and my break are still bad. Very dissapointed.

My car would start, but not run. I called and they towed it within a couple hours. I sold it for scrap and they paid a fair price. I forgot some things in the car and they called to let me know. Also, they were honest about what was going on with the car and offered to fix it and return it to me. But I decided after 14 years with the car, it was time for another one. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

FYI for anyone that is local in Port Sanilac and needs to get their vehicle fixed.... In mid June I took my daughter's Impala to Port Sanilac Auto Care for brake line repair. Both the rear brake lines rusted through and it was an emergency due to limited braking. So instead of getting the car towed to Sandusky, I decided to give Port Sanilac Auto care another try. It's been three years since I've been there but I had brake lines replaced on my minivan and it worked out well except the price was very high.So long story short, they charged my daughter $460 to get the rear brake lines replaced, they left the old brake lines in the original brackets and hung the new brake lines with zip ties...WTF I didn't discover the extent of this until a week later... So I went back to the shop, complained to the owner, The owner disagreed with me and was adamant that zip ties were OK---I was adamant I wanted brake line mounts and the owner finally agreed to correct the shitty install... Two days later, I showed up on the morning of the agreed day to drop off the car, The owner is not there and no one knows what's going on.... I got upset and almost got The Police called on me..... I leave and the owner finally shows up later in the day. He called my cell and left a message. I told my wife about what happened, my wife thought it would be best to go in my place to talk with the owner... The owner himself finally fixed the brake lines, after hours, the way they should've been in the first place.....old brake lines removed, new brake lines in original brake line brackets where possible or hung with brake line mounts....NoT ZiP TiEs!!Me, personally, Never again, Port Sanilac Auto Care!!! If something happens my vehicle I'm getting it towed somewhere else!!Final Thoughts......Its sad, I wouldn't of thought that I would have to inspect a licensed mechanics work. Someone who fixes used vehicles and sells them locally ..... I can only imagine what they're doing to the vehicles that are up for sale there.......By the looks of things before they corrected the install they're trying to get the most money for the least amount of work.....Save yourself a headache take your vehicle somewhere else !!!

Our 2015 Silverado just quit. Wouldn't turn over. It was in Detroit so we took it to a shop there. They had it for 2 weeks and couldn't figure it out. Frank went and got it and his mechanic Chuck figured it out in less than an hour!Services: Oil change

I've taken two cars to this shop for work and they have been friendly, informative, and fast! They are one of the only places that service foreign cars but even if there were other options I will always bring my cars back.
