Good sevice over all but they do no listen when there is a problem the lid on my dumpster is broke and I have gave them the notification about it and the still have not fixed it and it has been 3 months now it fills up with snow

I haven't had any problem with WM. But the small trash containers are still to big for seniors. I can;t pull them out to the road so, I have to have someone put them out for me.

The app is user friendly, easy to set up payment and see other options regarding a specific item to get rid of. I would recommend if your on the fence, GIVE THEM a try!
