Recently, a UPS driver who was very ethnic, delivered a package and he did so very unprofessioally. He wore a jamacan hat over his dread-locks, and looked like he didn't speak the language. He was looking inside the window of my house as he walked past, which was very intrusive. And this was not the first time. I don't recieve packages from the drivers directly anymore. They have to photopraph the delivery, so I wait to till they leave. Its not the same driver everytime, buth with this particular driver I have always had a problem. Also, because of this driver I have had my packages delivered to my neighbors and it has caused me problems.

What's annoying is i'm only a couple blocks over yet they never deliver my packages in a timely fashion. I shouldn't have to sit here until 7 waiting and waiting when they're not far from me. My time went from 12:44-4:45 to 7 pm. It's ridiculous. Since they're located on my end, our end should be taken care of first plain and simple. Other than that when i go inside the worker at the counter is always pleasant and quick. Thanks for the response. I wish it could be changed to where the s end is taken care of first and not last.

The "follow my delivery " option is just a joke. The app says my package was loaded on the truck at 8:17, then again at 8:38 with a delivery time of 10:15-2:15. After 2:15pm it changed to 7pm. This truck has been within 2 blocks of my house FIVE separate times today and still no delivery. The truck has also sat for 20 minutes at a time, numerous times and returned to UPS TWICE. The pattern repeats. Two blocks away, 10 miles away, two blocks away, 5 miles away. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. I will not ship UPS until they get it together. Why even bother to offer to follow your delivery when they tease you all day long? What a sick joke. That's all I have to say about that......
