Shopped alone for the first time and was super nervous. The staff was beyond friendly, especially Gil who complimented my smile. He didn't even know I was smiling because I was nervous. Along with everyone else, who helped me find things and let me know when specific items would be back in stock. Would also like to note that this location was super clean, and open so no one's really bumping into each other. Getting a membership was worth it too!! Good bulky items for cheap and way less chaotic than Costco lol

i see they are still running the rebate scam on tires and i was the tire supervisor at sams club when i was there back in 96 and never noticed that the vendor was holding the rebate money for 3 to 6 months and after being made tire supervisor i was making up the signs for the rebate and they had me raise the price only to drop the price 3 weeks later and bells and whistles went off. i went to the manager of the store at the time and he said it was the vendor not sams club doing that and i pointed out it was sams name on the flyer. so they hold onto your money for 3 to 6 months. i warned about a dozen peeps that they are better off waiting till they dropped the price then i quit i wanted no part in that. i'm not sure about the other rebates in there but as sure as your reading this the tires are a big question mark. worked at target also they told me they used to run that same kind of rebate garbage.avoid the rebates like you would a rush concert.

Picking up a few items for the picnic this weekend. Great price on their tasty potato salad yummy. Produce prices are excellent $1.19 for a package of bananas, and less than two bucks for a couple bags of salad. All done use the Sam's club app checked out.

They never have anything in stock . Always the same old stuff. Costco always is fully stocked with ton of new items to try. I wish we had a Costco the sams in Port Huron is awful with the same old boring items.

I love sams club, everyone in the main part of the store are great! However, their optical has a few employees that are not helpful. I understand when someone cant give me my script that I took in their, but when The staff are the ones who took the PD number , not our opthamologists, and they cant give me the number because their Dr didnt write the script..Seriously?? did they not have a doctor for a few years? I just think its ridiculous when they are the ones who did the test for the PD number especially when we have purchased about 8 pairs of glasses from them this past year. Well unfortunately my family of 4 will not be going back to the optical dept

First of all I must say that we LOVE SAMS and we purchase from them across our travels. But I must say that I was upset yesterday when I visited a local SAMS in Port Huron Michigan. Getting upset is not part of my normal profile, but the young man who was running the Lucid Hearing Aid Center, at this location upset me. This past year, I purchased an expensive set of hearing aids from SAMS. This was my second set of hearing aids to be purchased from SAMS. I was so thrilled with my first set, and the SAMS GUARANTEE, that when it came time to purchase a second set, I went directly to SAMS. At the time of my second purchased set, I was assured by the Lucid technician that the Warrantee and the replacement parts guarantee were exactly as I was accustomed to with the first set. So, Imagine my surprise when I had a simple request for them to replace my Hearing Aid drying cup and was told that they are in short supply and that I would need to purchase one from the Lucid web site. In the past they had always replaced them for free on my yearly visits. So they are not in short supply, they have just decided to charge their customers for them. This seems to be a deviation from the warrantee and replacement program of the past. I know it's a small thing, but if you had just spent over $4,000 on a set of hearing aids and were told that the under $10.00 retail cost of a Hearing Aid Drying Cup were no longer available for free, as they were in the past, would you be upset too? I feel like I was lied too and that's my issue. The Lucid Technician, who Sold me the hearing aids either lied to me or was never informed that Lucid would begin charging for them. In either case, I'm upset with Lucid who is partnering across the USA with SAMS.

I went there because it’s been two years since I had an eye exam and also new to the area. I have to say in my 20+ years of wearing glasses, this was the best place to come. Sandra and Amber both were extremely friendly and absolutely helpful. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here for any eye care. I will definitely be back next time!
