Woke checker on the reciept, complained to us about not waking through the AI scanners, said we have too, Told her no we did not, she said yes you do, stated we can airways cancel our membership she said go ahead, don't care...... miss wokie woke will care once that AI machine has her job and she's out in the street. ..... go woke and go broke SAMS

Incredible front end service. Bought a TV and took it out of the box and they took it right back no questions asked. Exchanged it and TOP NOTCH service! Madison was the manager and she was incredible!

They have 2 people at the exit, 1 at the entrance 2 registers open and worker talking ALL OVER. Waited 35min. In line and I was number3. Time to change to BJS. Sams trust you to bag, trust you to scan but not to leave. Waste of my morning. ?

The wait to get out of the store while they check your cart for errors and theft is ridiculous. If you don't trust the people shopping, start checking us all out yourselves.

Great deals and great value but what really sets them apart is their staff. Everyone is friendly and VERY helpful, from the people in bakery to the gentlemen retrieving carts. I am greeted as soon I walk in and when I leave I am always left with a pleasant parting. Every time I go there I encounter happy team members who will go out of their way to make a good experience for you. I recommend this Sam's Club to everyone!
