Rude condescending employees seem to have forgotten the point of salvation army. Tried donating clothes and was met with nothing short of disdain for my presence. Will be seeking other more helpful avenues for donations in the future.

This is not a charity, it is a greedy corporation. I am homeless. Other than the clothes and shoes I am wearing, I have nothing. I was given a voucher for $30 for this store and had to wait a week to use it. My shoes are so worn out and falling apart, I can hardly walk. When I arrived at the store, a very rude woman told me I was not allowed anything with a white tag. 80% of the items in the store have white tags. The only pair of walking shoes I could find in my size were a pair of black Skechers with a white tag, priced at $14.99. I explained my situation and was told I could not get the shoes. The rude woman also told me that not using my voucher in full on this day would result in forfeiting the funds. I left the store and called the Salvation Army agency, the woman on the phone made it clear the rules are the rules and no exceptions would be made. I am homeless!!! These are donated items, it makes no sense. I left the store in tears and am still in tears. Donating to the Salvation Army is supporting a greedy and cruel corporation posing as a non profit. It is much better to take your clothing donations directly to homeless shelters or the free store. Donating directly to homeless shelters ensures your items go to someone who desperately needs them.

Prices crazy high, and there are no fitting rooms. To add insult to injury there are no restrooms. Sad to see this store go so down hill.

Prices are ridiculous. There are clothes in there priced at $60. Shoes and boots priced at $40-$60. For being donated goods, their prices are out of touch with reality. People don't come to thrift stores to pay retail prices. Greed.

I do not recommend dropping off donations here. Their intake process is, at best, indifferent. On a snowy, rainy day their staff insisted I leave my items outside on wet pavement, next to a pile of previously dropped off boxes of donations that were soaking wet. After asking, staff did say my items would be brought in sometime during the same day, but based on the pile outside their door, I simply did not believe it. I left with my items and will be going to other charities from now on.

Just wondering why this is the only store on the planet that refuses to open the dressing rooms. Sick of buying items that don't fit and can't return.
