Workers ignore you waiting for help. They stand around talking to each other. Make appointment and when you go they claim no appointment was made. Takes hour to do a hair cut that should only take 10-15 min. Won't go back

Lexi 41 Did an exceptional job on my hair (this is not an easy task) Besides knowing how to create a beautiful look for me she was sweet & personal. Most of all professional along with the rest of the staff there Great experience it definitely going back!!!!

There is a worker named Heather and she is the worst! Very mean , very rude and just downright disrespectful. I have a cousin who goes to this school who has been getting bullied by her for weeks .. she hit her in the face with a pen & she constantly picks on her in front of everyone. This lady needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY!!

Today was my second time seeing Sarah #16. Both times have been a consistently positive experience. After todays deep conditioning my hair feels softer and looks shiny. Very happy with how everything turned out.
