Nick might be the coolest metro employee I've seen in action. Nick had me set up and explained everything to me clearly and quickly while helping multiple customers. He got me a great deal and really helped us all out at once. Knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. Grace under fire. It was a thing of beauty. Best experience I've had buying a new phone.

Come to store 8/19 @ 10:07, no one there. I called 24th location and they said the guy was still asleep.Came in 8/23 the guy was totally lame, unfriendly, unhelpful. He Said he knew nothing and could do nothing.What is the point of having employees at all if they can't show up and when they do can't perform any action besides processing a payment?

Customer Service Representative named Nick was very knowledgeable about the phones and other programs offered to their customers. I would even buy a phone from that store.
