Horrible service. Way too expensive and they aren’t transparent about pricing at ALL charged 100 dollars more than expected!! And then when I call and tell them they say “sorry there’s nothing I can do the person you worked with was new”
They say that the fee is only 89 dollars, but realistically you’re gonna pay 200

Tina was great! We had a question about our taxes and she was able to answer it for us in just a few minutes! Because she was able to find the issue (our mistake when filling out our info) it saved us from having to pay and changed it, so we received a refund instead. Thank you Tina!

With the types if fees and intrest they charge you might as well go to a real account who can really find all of your deductions and get you a really good refund. Hr block used to be for people who couldn't afford to see a real professional but now they charge more than thd professionals with degrees do. So what's the point in not having it done by someone who knows what they are doing.

Do NOT waste your time and energy on this place. My sister paid $492.00 to have her taxes done, and then they were done incorrectly. When notified of the issue, the staff said “oh that’s not our problem now, that’s up to you to fix.” She was then quoted an additional $100.00 for THEM to fix THEIR mistake. She was passed around and refused help because she had visited a “seasonal office.” The only 100% guarantee about this place is that they 100% do not care about their work or their customers.

This is the worst h&r block I ever visited they advertise a big sign on the window for when u file your taxes u can receive up to 3500 dollars in minutes. So I go here and file just to get told you have to wait 24 to 48 hours for your emerald advance never in my life have I heard or seen this before. I been filing with h&r block for 6 years and everytime I did I always walked out with my emerald advance.

Fantastic place to get your taxes done. My tax pro is always very helpful, cares about getting me the best refund possible, and finishes everything in a quick, efficient manner.

I use H&R block every year. At this location specifically. I enjoy the people and have always received great service. It is a little pricey but the services you can receive until you get your actual refund sometimes is worth it. With their Emerald advance and Refund advance, could really help someone through the holidays/cold seasons.
