We tried to see if they would fit … no luck , so the costumer representative , Sandra, drove them to my house , no charge , just from the goodness of her heart…. How fantastic is this? “Since moving to Sarnia at the beginning of this year, I have been to Home Depot many times. I have been pleased with the service and availability of items. Yesterday was the topper of all experiences. I went in to get all of our gardening items. Heavy bags of soil and items all over the map. I was helpe immediately (without me asking) by Majan. She assessed what I needed and went to get me a flat bed cart. She picked up every single item that was heavy without letting me do it. She found everything with me and even offered to help me load everything into my car. Beyond helpful. I was so impressed at this small young lady that just muscled through it all. Normally I just do it all and pat myself on the back for the workout but it was so refreshing to have someone go all out to assist me. I cannot say enough about her efforts, her customer service and her attitude. Amazing! Thank you Majan!”
“This is my go to home improvement store..always the most helpful people and the employees in each department actually know what they are talking about its not just some random person that can direct you to where something is but have no clue beyond that. Whenever I go in they always give the best recommendations and options and are beyond helpful”
“I rented a paint sprayer for a medium size home improvement job. I disassembled the gun for cleaning and lost a rubber seal in the process. I let them know upon return and the manager was great. He dismissed it as a maintenance item and said they would take care of it. I appreciate the understanding and the level of service.”
“I went in for tire chains for my JD garden tractor on 11/16. My size was not in stock but the woman in that department very quickly got me my size ordered, direct shipped to my house, for $80. Lowe's ordered me the wrong size for $147 and I had to pick them up. I can't say enough about how friendy and helpful everyone is at the Ft. Gratiot TSC.”
“The last 2 days of Rona shopping have been amazing.I approached the cashier and her name is Courtney and I explained I was looking for another employee whose name I couldn't remember who worked outside and she mentioned and pointed to the employee and his name is Tom.Thank you very much for my shopping experience.I always enjoy my time at rona and this evening Courtney and Tom made my experience awesome and aging for buying the mulch I needed for my backyard.My backyard project is almost finished.Thank you to all the staff at rona because last night I picked up mulch and soil I think the guys name is ishnan amd another guy helped me put the soil amd mulch into my car amd wete very positive employees at rona!!See you all soon and I'll be updating once I catch the names of all the employees I always ask help. There is a really friendly cashier with blonde hair and she was staff when the store was lowes at the time.Anyways big shoutout to all the staff at Rona!! Yall are awesome amd amazing!!”
