Never followed through on supplying a wheelchair. Many calls and unsatisfactory responses. Still no wheelchair after 3 weeks.Very unhappy with the customer serviceWould not recommend to anyone to use this service

Every time I've gone into the store wether it was script related or not, staff was always polite, knowledgeable and patient with me, my family .. mobility has become a real issue in my case & they've been great for me

So far, I sent my script in, along with my ID and insurance card. Got 1 email asking for my number. I have called and went to voicemail, no call or email back. It's been literal days with no further communication on their end. I desperately need my binder because of my abdominal surgery and I'm still waiting to hear from someone. Only luck I have had was through live chat and they couldn't tell me anything either. Probably will never go through this company again.

Staff was amazing.Stopped by store on a whim 80 miles from my house because I could not get " an appointment " for 3 weeks. Store had no customers while I was there. Gentleman helped me by testing the cord on my device and confirmed the cord was faulty. He gave me a new cord and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. Great customer service!

Brian did a good job explaining everything. He was very patient with a person who was knew to CPAP as she was having trouble finding what she had. He did not bore me. I have used CPAP/BIPAP since 2002.

Brian was very helpful in going over everything that I received and how to use it.I also found his helpful tips beneficial.It helped knowing he uses a CPAP also.The group zoom was good as the others input was helpful.
