Bought a tree last year. Was nervous about the winter. The salesperson assured us if it died within a year they would refund or replace. Was told today its 90 days. Idk if the policy changed or i was mislead. Either way they lost a life long customer over a 60 dollar tree. I was going to spend that same money plus more on plants but ill head elsewhere. Buyer beware. Also the first guy i spoke with said I just needed the dead tree in addition to the reciept and tag i had on hand. Then another employee disregarded what he said and claimed its 90 days. Seems even the staff is unsure.

I stopped in on Saturday for the very first time. Was looking for Tropical Fish.
I was impressed right off the start how friendly the Staff was. I purchased enough fish to fill my tank & the young man Jacob was very helpful and had great customer service.I will definately tell everyone I know how nice this place is and how helpful & friendly the Staff are.
Great Place !!
One last thing ,
My fish are healthy , active and I will be returning for more to fill my next new tank.

Great locally owned pet supply store that has just about anything you could need and the staff has always been great to deal with!

Live animals are taken care of horribly here, rabbits and such are kept in small cages, fish are kept in overstocked and too small tanks, reptiles are kept in too small tanks without proper care

Fish staff sold my grand daughter two black tail sharks, not rainbow sharks as they stated. Wouldn’t exchange for right ones. Very rude and know it all attitude! Have been coming there for YEARS for plants, fish, dog and rabbit feed, etc. DONE!! Do not go there!! They refused to let me leave a message for owner or let me talk to them! Never been sooo disrespected by a business in all my 68 years! Over two fish!! Lost my business and hopefully everyone I know too.

Dirt parking lot ..there is a dip when walking through the front door and almost fell down...no shopping carts ... kind of dark when shopping.. in the story, looks like it hasn't been updated since the late 60s early 70s go to Menards. They got a bigger, green section cheaper prices.

I got no acknowledgment as a customer walking through the door. Then I have to listen to the two kids working Tuesday night a blonde and a dude whisper in the background that my son and i were in there stealing in the corner. Ya I heard you two!!!I am employed and can pay for anything I want in that store. I was going to spend some money, but you did not have what I wanted for my betta fish I will never go in that store again they lost my business.

Got a crab from here it was dead and lady had an attitude over me bringing it back told her to keep the 8 dollars n I would never be back
