I had troubles with a battery. I had it paralleled in with my RV. It was a used battery and I knew the risk I was taking when I bought it. Earls battery was more than helpful. And his manager Eric was very nice. I had wonderful experience in the customer service of this establishment.

Truck drivers:Dock platform is at a slight angle to the road. Pull into the lot across the street to line up. Traffic is one way, coming from the east (left). Be patient and take your time. Gate is a little narrow, but there is plenty of room. Staff is friendly and loads in about 30 minutes.
