I sent my nephew over to open up his first checking account and they treated him horribly. He is from out of state and they accused him of having a false Id which he did not. We left there and went to a credit Union, And they opened up an account for him with no problem.

Been banking at chase my entire life. No real complaints at any level This is everything you expect from a chase experience. One drawback might be it's between two one way streets so "approachability" can be a trial But this one will meet all your needs!

This was the best bank experience I've had in many many years. Mike Gunn explained everything fully without trying to be like a big time banker. He's down to earth. I think I will be using that bank from now on. And the tellers were polite and helpful too.

I have been a member of Chase Bank for almost 10 years my account got locked 4 days ago and I've been to the bank three times already and it's still locked waiting on a new debit card and all I was supposed to have to do is show my ID to the teller to get it unlocked and it's still locked. If someone would have asked me a year ago what my experience was Chase was I would tell them it was a wonderful experience but this past week I'm not liking them very much right now.
