“Great Regional Bank. ... Ditto on the other review by T.J. ... Great folks here with a hometown feel. The tellers and mangers all know your name: it's like the bank version of "Cheers." Main office is based in Croswell - many of the customers are farmers - and they go out of their way to give good service. With the massive bank consolidation and closing a during the credit crisis, nice to know these folks.”
“Port Huron Branch Teller Jen is the absolute best!! First off, I have banked with Advia since I was 16 ( It was E&A then). I have never had any teller help me with suggestions for my credit cards. Jen asked a few questions, was incredibly knowledgable and kind, and helped me into a better financial situation than I was planning. She is passionate about helping others and it made my day yesterday and today! I only went into the Port Huron branch to cash a check and I normally go to the North End branch in Fort Gratiot because of where I live. I feel such trust that she has my best interest at heart and she has helped relive a load of stress. I cannot thank her enough for her quick thinking and help. I will now continue to make the trip to the Port Huron branch just for Jen. She is a true asset to the company! Honestly, I wish she was a financial officer.. she was just the BEST.”

I provided a long work history for them that had 6-7 year loyalty and they took my word. (With check stub proof) Recently I had small issues with a payment history (resulting me in having to make a dispute with Equifax) and Flagship worked with me 100% and provided perfect service. “I sent my nephew over to open up his first checking account and they treated him horribly. He is from out of state and they accused him of having a false Id which he did not. We left there and went to a credit Union, And they opened up an account for him with no problem.”
