The guy with brown hair and glasses was very unprofessional when trying to order parts. So I went to the place down the road which gets their parts from Young supply company. Well guess what Young supply company refused to sell the part to the other company because of a bad review that was left. Very unprofessional and don't care if you have heat or not obviously with there actions they took to block the sale

I am trying to help an older lady with cancer fix her furnace. She’s been without heat for days and on Social Security, very limited funds . So I went into this company and because I am not licensed even though they had the part sitting on the counter, they would not sell it to me so now this older lady still has no heat. Thanks to this place.

Ryan and all of the staff were very helpful and friendly. They have the knowledge tools and parts for the job!!
