Fire the 2 hood rats on first shift the one with the stiff bob and the one with the struggle bun then I might be back.They gave me a hard time for a refund said theydon’t refunds to cards then after 30 mins of back and fourth they told me I can get the refund and next time come with cash and not a card. These 2 will drive customers away I won’t be back if I do and see them at the register I’m turning around.

my daughter was rung up & the man accidentally rang something up my daughter didn't purchase mangers claimed they couldn't give her money back . Terrible customer service.

First and last time I went to that store since I entered I had terrible service I bought some fila tennis shoes and when I got home it turned out that they were 2 different sizes I got to the store and they never found the correct size

Worst store ever would not recommend them at all worst customer serviceTreshaun and Alize need to not have jobs in customer service they are TERRIBLE and Alize is the Manager and can not help the customers as the deserved to be help. I received a Christmas Ugg boots thought they were 2 different size did not match called it explained Treshun the situation he told me he was going to see if they had a match and in the right size never told me someone else getting on the phone Alize gets not nice at all never introduced herself proceed tell her the situation with an attitude tells me FINE we have the right one. I get up there and nothing but a big hassle EVERTHING on camera she laughs in my face as she as the manger along with her employee Treshaun laughing and at this point is taking the situation to extreme where she had me proceed me to wait there while she help other people
