Great place with excellent customer service I booked a visit for my two sons and god son and that day traffic was so bad it put us well behind our scheduled reservation time but the young lady who works there was so nice and understanding and allowed us to keep our reservation even though we were the last to show she still remained patient with my children helping them with there controls and game selection due to them being first timers made it a really special birthday for my youngest

We had a Epic experience! I needed to find something entertaining for my husband's birthday and this was at the top of my list! He went with 2 close friends and they all really really enjoyed! ?? The staff that day were top notch, the young man that assisted with everything definitely has excellent people skills and was exceptionally attentive! The gaming experience was intense the guys were all exhausted after 30 mins!! I would also recommend this is you're looking to burn ❤️? a whole lot of calories very quickly ?. The guys are already talking about when they're going to go back can't wait!!Also,They were very clean, just a very pungent lingering smell .All the prices were on the website 100% transparency!4 people can do the immersive experience at the same time.11/10 would recommend!

Went here for the first time and waited 15 minutes to start and then before training started I realized that my headset wasn't on or working. I asked for help and it took 30+ minutes plus moving to multiple spaces and just standing there they finally got the vr station working( so they thought). We payed for an hour and over half the time we were stuck playing in games without eachother, lagged so bad you couldn't even play, headset was still broken so I didn't get any type of sound effects or get the option to talk to the person I was playing with. Because it was broken the only option was to yell in a room full of kids that were already loud and screaming. And after all of the complications they didn't offer any free time to play or accommodation for making our experience much worse and longer than it should have been. Along with all of these issues the machine you stand in had also pinched my skin multiple times taking chunks of skin and causing bruising on my arms. Would highly recommend anything else.

I brought my 10&11 year old kids here. It was a weekday so we had the place to ourselves the man working was so patient and kind with us, especially my daughter who isn't much of the gamer type. He helped anytime there was any kind of issue or question. It was a very chill experience. Will be back for sure. Thanks for the experience!

Took our son and 3 of his friends for a fun gaming experience. The owners were amazing and their facility was top notch! We will definitely go back.
