Booked a meeting for a passport. We drive all the way out to the post office. Sign on the door says they have no power and doors are locked. No one called us to cancel or reschedule the meeting. Huge waste of our time and terrible customer service. 0 out of 10.

HORRIBLEEE I HATE SHIPPING WITH THEM. they always change arriving times and never bring my package the right date, never update me when it’s been delivered or anything. id rather us ups or something USPS IS HORRRIBLEEEEE

One of if not the worst usps I have ever experienced. Understaffed, unfriendly. You will wait 30 mins here to drop off one package
