I’m an appraiser was late on a couple orders for this company. I explained to the reps that my daughter had taken a massive downturn with cancer and it was very unnerving and difficult. She ended up passing away. We lost an eight month pregnancy two months before she passed away. I explain this to the company, they said that they had to meet deadlines and couldn’t do anything about it and removed me from their list. I reached back out to a rep who seemed to care and told me that she would put us back on the panel based on losing two children. Six months and nothing. I called back to the rep to kindly explain to her that I hadn’t received any work, and she was dismissive, rude and said to just wait. This company‘s morals and ethics are Pathetic. I’ve been in business for 25 years and have thousands of clients. This is the only client that wasn’t able to work with my tragic situation and showed no sympathy or anything whatsoever. I highly recommend you don’t work with them, as there that is unethical and money driven as anything. This will directly translate to your service and loan. I don’t doubt that they’re skimping on underwriting standards and everything else. I highly recommend that you move somewhere else. I bet we see this company slowly decline as that’s what I’ve seen with companies that have this style governance in place.

I had a recent closing with UWM and my underwriter Damani was great to work with. There was a little hiccup but he picked up the phone and we worked as a team to get this resolved in under 90 mins allowing my clients to close on time. Thank you for your honesty, and urgency to help get this file to the closing table.

Very frustrating how difficult it is to get ahold of someone to talk to over the phone. My husband has been trying to get ahold of the loan agent or someone to talk to besides a machine and it just keeps giving him the run around. We have been trying to get an issue resolved do to money order not being transferred into the account so now it’s saying we are behind on payments. Just wish this company could do better by accepting calls or returning them instead of having to wait for hours on the line when we also have jobs to attend and just for a machine to go back In circles with nothing happening!

Probably one of the worst, if not the worst company I have worked with and got my loan through. I wish our loan person that we were going through picked a different loan company.Because this is horrible. The louisiana state s c r a benefit, and this is a legal document by the state of louisiana states, active duty service members and their spouses are covered while the members on active duty, not deployed active duty and that the loan company can take more than six percent or less an interest. Because the company does not wish to lower the percentage to 6 percent they keep saying it is not allowed. This is a Louisiana state law. I have sent in the actual legal statute from louisiana itself and yet they still do not want to lose the money for the interest. As soon as I can refinance even if it's same percentage. I will because I do not want to work with this company. Their customer service is horrible. They don't even follow laws themselves. They just want to take money from their users.Please do not go with this company.Go with another company.There's so many companies out there that are more friendly, especially for veterans and active duty members.

Communication only when they call you, cannot get a live person, cannot make payment arrangements, Customer Service Reps are non professional.. probably Home-based. Been trying to get caught up after a unforeseen Layoff.

I can't speak lowly enough about the incompetency and frustration I experienced with this company this month. Separated and was refinancing my house with a non-barrowing spouse. It shouldn't have been complicated and we got through the entire process, not without incompetency and misinformation, all the way to where I signed my closing documents. So to be clear, it got ALL the way approved. Then, when I'm waiting for them to disperse funds, they never do. They never call, they didn't email either me or my broker. The only reason I knew is because I was getting late statements from my old mortgage company. At this point I have two late payments because I was supposed to not have a mortgage with them anymore. They said everything was good to go. Well, it wasn't, they never dispersed the funds and then they canceled my refinance all together and sent my closing cost back to me. All without telling me what was happening. I feel like if I was richer or could afford a lawyer I'm sure there's a way I could have held them to it but basically they said they messed up with the non-borrowing spouse part and he actually needed to be on the documents and I couldn't get my same rate anymore and they weren't going to cover the difference even though they told us throughout the entire process that they would honor it and cover the difference.
This is not a company that made a good first impression, they do not seem to care to make it right or to even work with us. And now I've had to pay too late fees and disputing a late payment Because the refinance didn't actually go through.

After many lenders I've used in the past... avoid them at all cost! I've never had trouble on a close (other than minor hiccups). The amount of issues I've experienced during this process were just downright ridiculous! Delayed closing a few times. Was cleared to close and uncleared at closing office over petty issues. Appraisal delays, fees adding up, and the silliest issues not even my agent could imagine let alone has even seen! Allowing 2 real estate agents, mortgage broker, and title office workers to sit at clear to close closing for half they're day only to have them find an issue after clearing it to close on fees and refuse to send papers, not to mention the seller and buyer also sitting to still not close! Rescheduled and still couldn't get the issue resolved in time and canceling next closing, mind u at the 1st closing we were already a month ad a half behind the original date! Offer made and accepted day of listing and tried for fastest available as it was an investment property. Had to change companies 2 months in. Dont waste your time!!!
