“I am a repeat customer. Each time I store office supplies and computers, I do so for years at a time. My last stay ran from 2018-2025. I've used both climate controlled and outdoor units, each with 24hr access so I was never inconvenienced. Now that I have a motion picture studio, I plan to return in the future to store larger set pieces and bulky lighting equipment. Being so close to I-75 makes it easy to get in and get out. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and fairly steady and consistent. I've dealt with Karen for many years and appreciated all the solutions she's provided. I highly recommend Clarkston Budget Storage!

“Trailer was in excellent working condition, new tres and all straps & chains to secure my car down were functional and clean. The two guys at this location hooked up the trailer for me, tested everything and unhooked it later that night when I got back, they were professional, efficient and friendly. It was a good simple experience, would highly recommend this U-Haul location, 5 stars.”
“I was torn between 3 & 5 stars, so I split at 4. U-Haul on one hand is a five star cause of extreme ease of renting trucks, storage, or moving equipment. On the other hand, U-Haul could have a 3, for no less than half employees that are on staff always seem disinterested in being there, can never reach a local U-Haul on the phone, and moving boxes are very high priced I feel.”

Truck: clean, perfectly maintained, full tanks at pickup
Service: kind, quick process, walk-through of the truck functions as well as practicalities of driving and refilling fuel, etc.
Jim and team know their business and do it well.
Return process: easy and quick; after hours key drop-off. (There is an open part of the yard to store your car while using the truck)

“Eric and the older (of the two) gentleman wearing an Eric jacket were so very kind. We started chatting it up and I felt like we were long time friends. They answered all my questions and sent me on my way after blowing out the back to make sure it was nice and clean for my move. He even took the time to show me how to turn off the auto-on button for extra haul every time you turn on the truck to save on gas (unless you are literally hauling a vehicle behind). I recommend this location 100%”
