“Today I walked in and was greeted by Miriam. (Hope I'm spelling her name correctly) I cannot express enough, how much I appreciate her knowledge. It is very difficult for me to find good shoes that work well for me. She listened to what I was looking for in a shoe. She observed me and the issues my feet presented. She made some great suggestions, but unfortunately I did not purchase from fleet feet because none of their stores in the area had what I needed based upon my time constraints. In a world where customer service does not seem to exist anymore, it is so refreshing to work with someone like Miriam, who is customer focused and truly wants what is best for the individuals needs and is not just there to make a sale. “This place is huge! The guy inside (might be the owner lol) was extremely friendly and helpful with me buying new shoes. They even have a clearance section as well. This place is in a fairly quiet part of town so it's easy to park there. Definitely worth checking out!”

“I was in need of having my bike tire replaced. I called D&D , David answered the phone and was so kind. He told me to come on in and he would be able to fix the tire. He offered to meet me in the lot to bring my bike in. He was friendly and shared information about having a tune up and some additional items that needed attention. David did a great job , so happy I called and David was there!”

“I recently saw an ad for a very nice brace of shotguns Orion Outdoors Company had listed for sale. I was not familiar with this company. It was over the weekend, so I called and left a message. I received a call back promptly, and the person was helpful. He answered the questions he knew, and told me he would contact me after getting answers for my other questions. Drew Lieske, the CEO, called me back promptly with answers to ALL my questions. He clearly knew what he was selling, which is not easy to find today. We made a deal with Drew for both shotguns, which I think was fair for both me and the seller, and the guns were packed carefully and shipped VERY promptly. Everything was as described, and I could not be happier with the transaction. I look forward and sincerely hope to work with Drew and his crew again soon! Great place to do business, and they lend credence to the term Professional!”

“I have been looking for shoes for my gout ravaged feet for weeks with no luck. Either the wrong size, not at all cushioned or not available and on and on. Then I discovered Gazelle Sports in Birmingham and it's salesperson Chris. At that point, the clouds parted and the voices began to sing...I was finally in right place. Chris was awesome! He listened closely to my concerns, asked me what I did for a living to get a better idea of which shoes to recommend and when he felt he had all the information he needed he excused himself, was gone for just a few minutes and came back with at least 7 different shoes he thought might be good for me. As soon as I tried on the first pair, I knew Chris understood exactly what I needed. I tried on each pair and loaded with questions Chris answered each one...comprehensively and completely. He's also a really nice guy...fun to b.s. with. Anyway, I found a pair of Brooks shoes that Chris recommended and for the first time in at least 3 years I had no pain in my previously very hurty feet. I haven't been as excited as I was with my new shoes since I was a child on Christmas! So blessed to have had Chris work with me. If you need sport shoes/apparel go to Gazelle and be sure to ask for Chris!”

Good deals on clearance. Worth stopping by to see what they have. Grabs some Nikes for my daughter and she had to get a mens shoe but i didnt see anything i liked. UPDATE:
BEEN TWICE IN LAST 2 WEEKS. SERVICE SUCKS. TEENAGE STAff STAND AROUND GOSSIPING DONT OFFER TO HELP I HAD TO GRAB THE SHOES I WANTED AND GO FIND SOME ONE TO GET THEM. I SPENT OVER 200 BUCKS. LIKE THE STORE BUT PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF. NO ONE GREETED ME OR CAME TO SEE IF I WANTED ANYTHING. TOO MUCH GOSSIPING, 3 GIRL STAFF STOOD NEXT TO US GABBING AND SAID NOTHING TO US BUT ACTED IRRITATED WE INTERRUPTED THEM TO BUY SHOES FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER. WENT BACK NEXT WEEK TO GET THE DUNKS I WANTED AND I HAD TO SEARCH FOR YOUNG MAN WORKING AND TAKE THE SHOES OFF THE WALL TO HIM TO GET THEM. DO BETTER.”
