Good deals on clearance. Worth stopping by to see what they have. Grabs some Nikes for my daughter and she had to get a mens shoe but i didnt see anything i liked.”

“Fleet feet in West Bloomfield is a great store. I loved the foot evaluation with their machine. It’s simple you just stand on the machine and then walk on this pad. This eval gives you the best possible shoe matches. The love that there were a lot of shoe brands to choose from. Not to mention the young man Andrew was so nice, helpful and knowledgeable about the shoe brands. I love that this store carried the insoles I needed as well! It’s a one stop shop. It was a great experience. I plan to shop here in the future as well.”

“It’s been a few years since I have refreshed my wardrobe, and I heard about this store through Facebook. After messaging Erik a few times, I let him know what I was looking for and when I was coming in. He already had many outfits picked out for me, in my size, ready to try on! I arrived at the store with my daughter (almost 3), and I let him know that she will be shopping with me. My daughter and his dog Kylie quickly become best friends, he had on some fun music for us, and when we were looking around the store, all the items we were looking at were already picked out in the dressing room. I’m looking forward to shopping here again.”
“There are not enough word to describe how amazing the employees at this shop are. Every time I’m in the shop I feel so very welcomed and I feel like I can ask any questions I need. In particular Jack went above and beyond to take care of a snowboard I was giving as a gift and brought it back to life perfectly. 10/10 recommend this shop over and other shop for your snowboard gear. They always keep a very good stock so if you need something same day, you will find it.”
“Jade and her team at Red Wing are absolutely fantastic at helping you find the right shoe. I had bought the wrong size online and went in store to try a size up. Jade went above and beyond what I could have ever expected, and I was able to get my new shoes as soon as they got delivered. She's very kind and helpful, and their step/foot shape calculator is really helpful if you typically need insoles or have a different gait. They also do accept Red Wing for business vouchers as well! So if you work in the area and aren't sure what kind of shoe your job needs and you have a voucher, go in tell her or her team about your work and they can help you out!”

“I visited this store, and I just bought a pair of Red Wing boots, care kit, and insoles. The gentleman helping me scanned my feet, analyzed pressure points, and helped me find the right boots.
Regardless of the boots (I haven't tried them yet) my experience here was great.

Bridget is always so helpful in the fitting room. I can’t recommend this place enough. Always getting new clothes in and the clearance room is amazing! A little pricey but worth it and always having sales and deals. My wardrobe is turning into mostly altar’d state and I love how girly it is. Keep being amazing staff!”

With rude racist workers at Twelve Oaks in Novi have terrible attitudes but this Journeys at Sommer set Mall in Troy Mi Excellent Excellent workers me and my daughter shop for boots, this manager name Steven have a beautiful personality also Diana they both help us. My daughter kinda picky picking out boots steven came from the back looking for the boots she wanted. I think he brought out six or seven pairs but nothing she like. But he had so much patience. Not one time he got furstrated. He was so kind. Diana help me with my boots too. Because I almost walked out without some boots. She went in the back found some boots I love. And I purchased them. These to employees you want to give them great recognition. That they deserve. Steven and Diana keep up with the good work”

They were limited on sizes which was a little disappointing since I had driven an hour to do the exchange and walked away with the same shoes and needing to then shop them. “After a long day of shopping dealing with the the worst customer service ever at every other store, I went to. I finally ended my shopping here at the Snipes in Pontiac was greeted with the best customer service, and they had the shoes I was searching for in the right size. I was so happy, so very pleased and I completely forget the ladies name, and I even asked her for her name, And I still forgot my apologies however, The other employee that was also working, was just as polite I will definitely keep returning to this location As well, I recommend this location specifically Keep up the good work happy holidays”
