Applied at the beginning of the month via mi bridges for assistance. Applied twice. Called on my own behalf, they are JUST NOW reaching out to me for the help i have been requesting for a month. Only after I had to actually contact them. Do they not see the inquiries from the state???

I have called 3 times in 7 days with nobody answering the phone. They say they will call you back, but that's not true. I'm very disappointed and still in need of help.
