The workers here do not know anything. Told me to buy stuff but forget to get the stuff included!!! How?

This review is for the customer service at corporate. I was in the store 11/23 and purchased the promo items where I would receive a $5 reward. I went back the next day and they were not able to see my rewards. I also made another purchase to earn more rewards that same day. The cashier tried her best and still was not able to find them. However using my number she pulled up a different account with a different last name that was not mine. But I still didn't understand If I earned them from the day before using my number even if it was a mix up why weren't they showing. She advised that I would need to reach out to corporate which I did. I was advised to send them both receipts and about a month later I received an email stating my rewards had been added. Now I was not aware of them expiring because the email stated nothing concerning this and that's on me since they said its on their website. However I went in 2/28 attempting to use my points and of course they were gone. I called corporate again only to find out that during their original investigation supposedly one reward did make it to my account and they only credited me the other. But the issue is I was looking for both. Isent both receipts as requested. They never ever said hey there is one showing now. They escalated it and the rep simply came back with basically sorry not sorry. I followed every step they gave and they never advised me the other one was ever issued. I understand its $10 but when I followed all the steps as instructed and you tell me oh sorry you were not made aware and its too late puts a bad taste in my mouth.

The store itself has everything a Sally’s should. My experience going in there to pick out hair color was horrible for a 5 min trip. The ginger woman working there today while there’s only me and two lady’s in the store, I do not understand how she’s getting paid to be so short and standoffish to customers who were not even asking her questions. Simply, checking out. She very obviously did not want any customers shopping in the store. Got my stuff. Hope she gets a new attitude??

My visit Saturday 10/28/23 was not ideal. Makes me want to go elsewhere next time. No customer service at all. And I don’t have big expectations. just not a pleasant interaction

Nice staff but didn't know what they where talking about. Bought "permanent" dye and it was almost completely faded and looking like a different color after a week.

The staff here is okay. They were nice and respectful helping other customers out I noticed (i didnt need any help). But upon walking up to the register the associate who was checking people out was turned around on their phone not paying any attention and seemed extremely bothered. Im all for the associates to be able to check their phones and whatnot, just be mindful where you’re on it at

Edit: Jennifer helped me out on 07/13/2022 and was patient, kind, and knowledgable. My great experience at this location has continued.Edit: Yessica helped me out on 06/01/2022 and immediately knew everything I needed. Fast, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I continue to be impressed with the quality of staff at this location.Jasmine spent a lot of time with me helping me figure out what I needed and impressed me with her knowledge of the store, and it's products, and Brandi was very funny and kind. The employees at this location are top-notch! They are definitely trustworthy and friendly!

The two girls working there acted like I was bothering them!!! Not helpful At All even though I kept asking questions because I didn’t want to purchase the wrong thing for coloring my hair at home. I’ve stayed on her phone the entire time & the other one kept getting to rush me to hurry up to get back to doing nothing. The store literally was empty so there was no reason to act so busy!!!

Had a great experiences here buying nail supplies for the first time. I was able to steal away one of the workers for a minute to have her teach me about all the different things i needed to do my nails! Thank you again!

They are pushing products that I don't need I've been doing my hair at home for the last year And The last two times they always tell me that I don't need bleach or toner I can just use the cream brilliance permanent dye every time I do my hair turns orange in the next day I have to go and also buy toner from them and now I think I'm gonna have to go to a salon because how bad it turned out this time because I don't even think I can fix it at this point
