This clinic is a godsend for me and my Bozzie boy. Staff are patient and knowledgeable. Makes a limited income just a little bit easier to tolerate. My lil boy is my world and everyone at project hope knows and respects the both of us.

In reading reviews searching for a decent / cheaper vet I obviously can't go here when a clinics response to some reviews state that "they are done with people like me". But still.. what is wrong with anybody trying to find anything cheaper? We're all fighting to make it and you're condemning us because we're trying to get free / cheaper shots before we have to pay pet medical bills. Good thing my doctor doesn't out me and tell me that about my kids (grandkids) ?, because I take them to the health department before I take them to the doctors for their shots. It's cheaper. Of course they are professional and encourage that.

The guy was rude when i called cuz i haven't Been to there clinic in 3yrs acting like its neglect 1st off i did all the shots when i 1st got my dog its never been sick Now cuz i want a Bump on his Paw checked They turned me away cuz They cant give it Rabbie shots every year to make $Get Real So my dog was turned away Thats Neglect turning away a dog cuz it hasnt Been there recently what a joke&yes poor People have pets So much for help cuz cant afford the vet??♀️

I have a little Yorkie that wasn't feeling well. I went to Oakland County to get her rabies shot for free and the nice lady recommended this place. The guy who answered the phone was very rude and basically told me that because I didn't get her shots there I'm not keeping his doors opened is what he told me. So if being rude and unprofessional keeps his doors open then good luck. And the one star is only so I could give my review.

I visited this place once before and they were all extremely nice and friendly. I was able to get in and out their prices can't be matched. I'll definitely take my pet back here to be cared for.

Seriously such a great place that helps make vet care especially vaccines and flea/tick/heartworm more affordable. Come and be prepared to wait your turn. Super knowledgeable and really helpful staff. We love project hope!

being rude to people desperate for an affordable vet is abuse, its a form of bullying ! the atmosphere here is TOXIC, and PETS ALWAYS PERCEIVE WHEN thinks are TOXIC , amazingly A.A.A. is also a discount vet and somehow manages to actually be nice ! IDK why the people here [ mostly the older women ] think they are so special that its ok to be rude to someone who has the nerve to try and get their pet medical help ! normally animal people are the nicest and most respectful of others,,, definitely not the case here,, if you have ptsd please avoid this place !

I love this place and there staff. They do this for the animals and really care about them.
For those of you who think they are rude maybe your just used to Vets that smile and pander to you just so they can sale you there enormously marked up services. Alot of Vets use scare tactics to make you belive you need to buy multiple services from them and medications that you don't need.These Vets don't do that . They are not rude they are professional and are trying to help us and are animals. So instead of calling them rude and leaving bad reviews tell them thank you for all they do and for being here to help
