I should have gone here first! Ray IS the phone fix expert! IF YOU DROP YOUR PHONE AND THE SCREEN BREAKS, DON'T CALL THE CARRIER, THEY JUST WANT TO SELL YOU A NEW PHONE, GO TO PHONE FIX! The screen broke on my phone- we are talking shattered with no display. I made the mistake of calling my carrier. Hundreds of dollars and two days later, I was stuck with a totally different phone interface with most of my data not restored, messages were two years old, my apps were gone, photos were gone....(turned out the phone was not backing up to the cloud for the past two years). I took the phone to Ray and he knew exactly what to do, set me up with an older one of my phones for temporary use until he could fix my screen (I had to drop it off). I took the phone back to him a couple weeks later to find out what was going on with my storage (the accounts were botched somehow), and it was completely messed up, but he did not give up on me, he worked for hours on getting it straightened out, and I have all my data back and backed up! I should have gone here first! Great job, Ray! Thank you! Five Stars.

Brought my iphone 8 in on its last legs, 30 minutes later the screen was good as new. Very reasonable price and highly satisfied with the customer service, will be my go to from now on.

I first discovered Phone Fix when I dropped my phone breaking the screen and a friend recommended i go there for repairs.. Since then this shop has become my go to place for phones or computers. The service is fabulous. Ray is personable, professional, knowledgeable and patient.

I’ve been to several so called repaired centers. One quoted me $600 to send my tablet to Lansing for a simple button repair! I seriously damaged my tablet and brought it to Ray after reading all the very positive reviews. He gave me options and he’s very knowledgeable and helpful! My laptop looks brand new and replaced the button problem for free! I highly recommend!

100% recommend this place. The owner, Ray, really took so much time out of his day to help me with my phone issues and was so patient and helpful. If there was an option for more than 5 stars he would have gotten it.

Very happy after going here! Second time I went here for a fix and both times left extremely happy! Ray was able to do the “impossible” according to what I was told from Apple and Verizon. I highly recommend going to this business for any tech needs/repairs.

Highly recommend Phone Fix, I was hesitant to even get a repair quote because I assumed it would be expensive to fix my husband's very damaged phone (the back of his Iphone was totally shattered and the battery had a shard of glass in it). Not only was the final price much less then I thought Ray was fantastic. He explained the process from start to finish, made sure to check that everything was functioning before completing the final repair, and was super nice on top of it. I never felt that he was trying to oversell me on any repairs, he focused on what needed to be fixed and getting the phone back to functioning. I hope to not need Phone Fix again, but based on the current track record I'm sure we'll be back.... Awesome customer service, quick repairs, and fair prices go to Phone Fix!
