The price was great but the staff was awful. It was like pulling teeth to have a question answered. 5 people in the back, and you have to wait for some to even acknowledge 6 I was the only customer. I would not go back.

I placed a Special Order and was told it would be one week for the part to arrive and I was responsible for UPS freight charges 6 days went by ands I call to see if the part arrived early. " Nope - still on track for Friday," I was told. I stated that I would be in on Saturday. I arrived, no part. The order was somehow canceled. Yet, nobody knew what happened. So, no "Special" handling, tracking, order management from the NAPA associates. A week passes with a vehicle down. NAPA customer support stalled to say "Sorry" we can now check the box that we followed up.... Idiots!

I always got quality parts a little more pricey but you know they're good quality I don't even really spend much time here but I live behind here and maps always thinks that are there instead of at home

Had a battery go out on me at a nearby car wash. After getting a jump start, I got over to this Napa location and got set up with a replacement right away. They even loaned me a wrench to swap out the battery in the parking lot. Flawless repair and excellent customer service. Thanks!

I miss having a napa closer to my house. The one thing you can count on is an actual sales person that knows about the parts they sell. Seriously, call the other guys across the street and ask for muffler bearings and they actually ask for the engine size to look it up!
