“After a long day of shopping dealing with the the worst customer service ever at every other store, I went to. I finally ended my shopping here at the Snipes in Pontiac was greeted with the best customer service, and they had the shoes I was searching for in the right size. I was so happy, so very pleased and I completely forget the ladies name, and I even asked her for her name, And I still forgot my apologies however, The other employee that was also working, was just as polite I will definitely keep returning to this location As well, I recommend this location specifically Keep up the good work happy holidays”
“Note this location is no longer called Villa. Looks exactly the same inside.. Same stuff. Not much of a selection for women which is why i gave 4 stars. Caters to men and kids. Good deals on clearance. Worth stopping by to see what they have. Grabs some Nikes for my daughter and she had to get a mens shoe but i didnt see anything i liked.”
