You’re not just another customer, he cares about people and takes the time to get to know you and your family so he can make sure he is educating you on everything you need. He also knows how to delicately approach hard conversations about death which is not something anyone wants to think about. He will help you prioritize based on importance, budget and long term goals.He has called every few months to make sure my needs didn’t change and will go over current coverage to make sure I have the product that is the best fit.
As a widow who suddenly lost my husband, I was forever grateful I had life insurance, but it wasn’t until it was time to go through the claims process I realized that I was just a caller in a queue of hundreds of callers and they weren’t really concerned with what I was going through. I will never go back to having insurance through a company who can sell me a cheap policy because I realized you pay for what you get. She came to my house to meet face to face so we could discuss the various options for my current policies and other options which may be of use. After an excellent conversation we were able together to put together appropriate adjustments to my policies that were relevant for me at this point in my life. We did financial tradeoffs between potential higher levels of coverage and the additional cost, and also made some adjustments on the downside to save me money in areas that were no longer relevant to my situation. She is friendly great conversationalist who has a lifetime of knowledge in the industry and she won't upsell you beyond what you need. As I said, some areas we reduced my coverage. She truly wants to ensure you are properly covered for those moments in life we all hope never happen, but alas they do. I sleep better knowing I have competed a comprehensive review and reset my needs to my current life and financial situation.”

In this case (after 6 months), of course it would be rate increases, customer service at your office and customer service at the 800 number.
