“I was in need of some new renters insurance because my previous company was getting ready to cancel my policy in August because they no longer handle renters insurance for mobile homes and they suggested I get new insurance through another company. I was super devastated because I need insurance I live alone with my daughter and the quotes I was getting from other companies was so high and out of budget for me. I got a quote from State Farm and Akeem who was handling my quote called me and gave me the breakdown of everything and kept my quote the same as I had online. After progressive kept increasing my rates year after year I got a call from Mr. Mayberry and he got me PLPD on my truck for $15 a month and $40 a month on my traverse. I'm going to use them for my home owners insurance too when I buy a house soon.
They reach out and call me just to make sure I'm happy. Anytime I got questions or requests they immediately respond and get it done. Really good people in their office and i trust them.

“Full transparency, I do not conduct business with this location but do use AAA Home and Auto Insurance. Earlier this week, I had to file a claim due to a tree hitting our house during severe weather. Roughly 1 hour after filing a claim, i received an email from AAA soliciting additional business from me, which as one can imagine does not sit well when this coincides with an already dizzying situation. After all this, i have to give a shout out to Carolyn Jackson. She handled a very frustrated human with perfection and deserves the kudos owed.”
“After relocating from New Jersey back to Michigan after 22 years, I needed to transfer my Allstate insurance to Michigan. I contacted Mr. Montgomerey's office and waited for a summary and price of my policy to be sent to me (by email). In the meantime, another Allstate agent contacted me, and as I was in the midst of driving on the highway and I was given a quote of an increase of a thousand dollars more per year. Upon questioning this, I was lied to by that agent who insisted that the Michigan law had made it mandatory for the PIP coverage to be a minimum of $250, 000. I had given this agent my credit card number ( still driving on the highway), and the coverage was not to begin for another week until my policy ended in New Jersey. That agent charged my card the same day and played games about canceling the policy. I received a quote from Mr. Montgomery the next day, that was less than my original policy. The other agent purposely tried to block any other Allstate agent to be able to bring up information on me. I thank Mr. Montgomery for his honesty.”
