The company requested that you pay half to be placed on the schedule. DO NOT DO THIS! I had to call them to confirm that they were coming out. I later found out I had to change the date. It seemed at first from the initial call that I was not on their calendar after setting a new day. I have not heard from them since then and I have texted and called several times with no response. Apparently, a lot of people are calling because the voice mail is full and cannot except any more voice mails.DO NOT USE THIS COMPNAY!!! BUYER BEWARE!

Very disappointed with the overall services. I had made an appointment for some recently finished basement cleaning, specifically asked if they offered deep clean and construction cleaning services and they said yes. When the cleaning professional arrived, she wasn’t even equipped with the right tools to do the job and said that construction cleaning was never part of the quote. I could have done the job myself if all I had to get done was mop the floor with a swiffer. She didn’t even do a good job with that.Service: Deep clean
