I have been in this bank for business accounts three times now since the shut down of everything and when I set up my account both business and personal was wonderful. NOW I have been in three times and called and left messages for Vice President Ashley Westerfield four times requesting help to pay an invoice to a client and still no call back and left my name and phone number with the front bank tellers as well. STILL NOT A CALL BACK and worst part is my client is still waiting to be paid because I cannot perform this task without bank staff. I AM PULLING MY ACCOUNTS BOTH BUSINESS AND PERSONAL FIRST THING TO ANOTHER BANK I cannot afford to loose clients because I dont get a call back from my own bank to set up payment... So disappointed with the latest service at this branch.
