“Love it when we stay here! Perfect for our Success Track with UWM. We ate here Tuesday night & the food was absolutely fabulous. Had the lamb lollipop chops as an appetizer, had I known they were going to be that amazing I'd have ordered that with a side salad for dinner. But I had the artichoke chicken and it did not disappoint! 2 in our party had the Salmon & they were very happy with their choice. EVERYTHING we have had here has been fabulous!

Nearby activities: El Toro is walking distance and I highly recommend fajitas for 2 ( which is really for 3!)

“Hotel seemed really nice and clean - room was large, and while there were some weird minor things (such as not being able to shut the bathroom door), I was happy. The main lobby was nice, as was the patio outside and the breakfast included was pleasant with plenty of choices”

Wisam helped me retrieve these and even overnight mailed it all back to me.Wisam truly went above and beyond and deserves the recognition for this. “I rated the room and location as 3 stars because, whilst both were very nice, our corner suite facing Woodward Ave, was extremely loud at night. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday, the noise from nearly every car having a loud glass-pack muffler, went on until 3AM. I realize that this is not the hotel's fault, but hotel management needs to engage with the Birmingham police department to address this issue. Service gets 4 stars because, whilst most every service offering is well executed and staff are very helpful, there were no disinfecting wipes in the fitness center for the 5 days I stayed there. Even after alerting both front desk staff and the fitness center attendant about the issue, it was not addressed. I would think that after day two, someone on staff would have just gone to CVS and bought some Lysol wipes and put them in the fitness center, but no. Gross! At $400/night, I doubt that I would stay here again.”

“Our 1st time staying at one if your properties. Rooms were great, pool was great, service was great. Only suggestion for readers of reviews: I overlooked this place does not have complimentary breakfast with room purchase. They have a made to order of a menu which comes with extra costs. The nearby Wendy's is horrible with customer service. Do not go there! The HUB STADIUM next door to hotel is awesome!Thank you for a great stay and if we're in area again we will come back.”

“We went here for a last minute Valentine's Day Getaway. It is, as is every Hilton we've visited this far, very comfortable with great amenities! This one is surely more for business people, but was a wonderful place for more casual visitors such as ourselves. The breakfast was the BEST I've ever had at any hotel we've ever stayed at! Fresh delicious options and there's even a made to order station! Rooms were clean and spacious. Service was great. After spending years going to sub par hotels and motels with few exceptions, we are now officially Hilton people! Highly recommend. 6 Stars! ?Rooms: Clean, spacious, with everything you could possibly want or need.Food & drinks: Breakfast was the best Hotel / Motel breakfast I've ever had. Bar none.”

“We only stayed one night, but it was pleasant. There were no surprises, which is exactly what I want from a hotel.The room was clean. The furniture looks like it was reasonably updated. Sheets and towels were clean. The bed and sheets were comfortable. There are some nice details as well, like the reading lights and USB ports at both sides of the bed.The staff were friendly, and we received text messages checking up on us at the beginning of our stay. Breakfast was hot, fresh, and free.I have no major criticisms. Troy (and Clawson) are not pedestrian-friendly, but that's not the hotel's fault. If you're a light sleeper, it's worth keeping in mind that the air conditioner is the smaller variety and they can be a little noisy. Ours was on the louder side, but it wasn't too bad and we slept just fine.The bathrooms are excellent. Like the room itself, they have been updated recently. The lights flanking the bathroom mirror are another nice touch - my fiancée found it very helpful when applying makeup. The shower is tall-person friendly, which is greatly appreciated.This is a hotel. It does its job well. It is comfortable, clean, quiet, and reasonably priced.Rooms: Recently updated with some nice touches, like reading lights and USB charging ports.”

“Some coworkers and I came here for a CPP Rally through our company. The hotel was very clean and had upscale features and beautiful views. We also enjoyed an amazing breakfast at their Bistro while waiting for our meeting to start. I ordered some loaded breakfast tots with scrambled eggs, and it was delicious and worth every penny. They had great customer service and took such great care of us. I definitely recommend visiting.Food & drinks: Their Bistro is a bit pricey, but the quality of food and drinks they serve makes up for the price.”

“This Marriot is conveniently located next to I-75 for easy access to all the surrounding areas. The hotel is nice. The rooms are small. We were even upgraded to a larger king room on the concierge level. The disappointment was in the club lounge. Evening there was nothing but cheese and crackers. The drinks were 9.00 a piece. Went the bar and got cheaper drinks. Breakfast was a little better but not great. Staff is excellent and took good care of our needs.This hotel is oriented for business travel. Everything is geared for the Sunday through Thursday traveler. We were there for business so it was good. The bar is hoping at night.”

“We had a fantastic time at Fairfield Inn & Suites! The hotel rooms were very spacious. I couldn't believe how HUGE the bathroom was. Everything was so clean and beautiful. There were beautiful cookies at the check out desk every day. Hotel breakfast was wonderful for a continental style. Safe and quiet location.”

“The place is nice. It has a full kitchen and upon check-in, the frontdesk are kind and friendly. They were very accommodating and informative. however there are few things I would like to note.1. The reception said that she will provide me the kitchenware since she was already done for the day but the day came nobody provided me those, I followed up with them twice via call and still no kitchenware arrive. I had to go to the front desk and talk to frontdesk before they would provide me with the kitchen items that I need and still missing 1 item (draining rack). She said there was no available but will have 1 the next day. She said she will give me as soon as it is available. Now, it's my 2nd week it has not arrived.2. It was stated during the check-in that the housekeeping is done on the 8th day of the stay which was a Saturday. Before I left for the weekend travel, I asked frontdesk if they will clean the unit even without my presence which the front desk confirmed. When I arrived Monday, the room was not cleaned. I had to followup and it took another 2 days before it was cleaned up.3. I am not sure if their hallway was vaccumed but it's smelly and dusty. My allergic rhinitis is triggered.The hotel is good overall but they don't provide something that they promised. If you don't ask, they will forget about it.They were never proactive.Rooms: The room is nice. It was a kitchen where you can cook. The hotel provides kitchen ware”

“Each time I visit this hotel it’s a great place to stay when on a business/work related trip, rooms always clean & in a quiet area. Staff do a fantastic job as well. Even better that it’s directly across the street from my work site. “Amazing hidden gemFor $99 I had 2 fully comfy cozy beds a large screen TV. Coffee maker in room with all the fixing. All brand new carper and decor. Amazing absolutely amazing. Great fit for a stay cation. The staff is amazing also. So accommodating and friendly as well. Very professional staff. In fact the gm Rami got me an early check in so my kids could swim with mothers day. Daniel thenight manager was very kind and informative and moved me to a different room when my TV wasn't working. And the hot tub pool and workout rooms are stare of the air. I stayed on the 3rd floor overlooking the trees. In the morning they begin breakfast and coffee which is included XXL...amazing right???? The food all freshly made and fully stocked up to and including the time it ended at 9am by May.”

“I’d like to thank VJ And AJ so much ! great customer service, well mannered , and hospitable , I’m traveling from Miami on business and lost my card I use for travel expenditures and they were patient and worked with me to get incidentals charged because I had made my reservation online, not once during our conversation resolving my problem we’re they rude or inpatient while helping me and a handful of guests who were late checkins as well. “Loved the hotel! We booked through hilton. Just days before arrival, we were told the pool would be closed. We called Hilton and were told it would be open and got there, closed, and nothing was done about this. The breakfast was awesome! Other than the pool issue, with a little kid, great stay.Food & drinks: Complimentary drinks were so welcomed!”
