“Nice big store with everything you need and usually better prices than home depot. The layout for trim is really good and I like the lumbar yard in the back. I shop here a lot. The rebate is enticing and I have received all rebates except one. I had to email the rebate center but eventually received it. Pretty helpful associates. Wish the rebate was online instead of snail mail and I did quit shopping here when they had an armed guard for covid mask policing.”

After quite the fiasco getting my new fridge around Christmas, the delivery service did not use correct screws to put on my freezer door and I've been without use for weeks. It's not Lows fault. Double check after they deliver your items as they use an outside contractor.”

“Parking is plentiful, but access to the store can be tricky and confusing until you do it a few times. It's at the end of the east mall on top of a hill. Great selection of plants in the garden department, and the employees are super helpful and courteous. Appears to be a clean, well run facility.”

“Great customer service in this location!! Right when we walked in, we were attended to right away. We had an order pick up and return and it was a smooth and easy transaction. Lots of workers and we were asked a couple times if we needed help. Crowd wasn’t too much and we were in and out. The guy who helped us in self-checkout helped us out and even got a box for us. Super enjoy this!!”

Recently, I walked in with a faulty door latch and Bill set me up on the spot with interim parts and got the latch working so I had a functional door lock while I wait for the lifetime warranty Baldwin parts to arrive. “Astrit and dan and kevin the best cashiers at he contractors checkout. I have been a loyal customer for years. I recently learned from one of my customers that my political views and those had by home depot may not align. I am so confused? Is it ok to still get my materials from here? And what about those wiener stands?, is they're meat even kosher or vegan or bpa free and should I care? also i'm not sure why the relish glows in the dark but golly is it good!!Drywall cost has remained markedly stable and 2x4's are still slightly smaller than advertised!”
