“Clean store. Occasionally it takes time walking around to find someone on the floor to assist you but whenever I have found that person they've always bent over backwards to help me. Anytime I've had to go to the customer service desk for questions, returns, etc. they have went above and beyond to assist me at this store / location. Thank you Lake Orion Home Depot!!”

“I've had great experience with Russell Hardware. They have an excellent hardware selection and the staff is always very helpful. Recently, I walked in with a faulty door latch and Bill set me up on the spot with interim parts and got the latch working so I had a functional door lock while I wait for the lifetime warranty Baldwin parts to arrive. “Id give 5 stars but it's so annoying to have a employee ask me if I need help ain't no one can helpe but me go ask grandma then the employees that ask are usually ugly if they where good looking I'd ask where the 10 mm sockets are and we would follow each other to the sockets and see there wasn't any in stock.”

Donovan such a sweetheart, helped me with sizing and cutting my wood for my project. Tod offered additional assistance at the register to make sure my purchase would fit in the car. Louis greeted me in the parking lot, helped me get material from the car to return and he was there to assist me when I was leaving. It feels so good to finally have A1 customer service especially when you don’t have a clue to what you’re doing. I absolutely love this Home Depot…the very best hands down!”

“This afternoon, I shopped at the Brown Rd store. I needed light bulbs. They have a vast selection! A man named Ken explained that the dimmables are on the higher shelves, that the soft white, daylight and bright light boxes are distinguishable by color, and pointed out the display lighting examples. He saved me lots of time and was very kind. I was very grateful.”
