Bad service never contacted me back about my taxes nor have I got my paperwork back nor an income tax payment and I paid for my taxes to be back I'll see if I didn't pay for them but I paid for my taxes they gotten my money and have not gotten a tax payment back yet still waiting so I would say Highland income tax has bold services and I'm very disappointed as a customer that's been dealing with them for years and I cannot believe that they did this to me very unhappy

I have been a client of Bob's over 30 years and have never had a problem. Bob and company are up to date on tax law changes. After all this time I never thought Bob could surprise me. This year it happened, after dropping off my tax paperwork I went home. I kind you not within the hour I got a call my taxes were ready for pick up. Great job Becerra Tax Service getting the job done.

I have been trying to contact someone since March. they have all my tax papers and have not filed my taxes yet. I cant even get someone to contact me so I can get my papers back so I can do my taxes. this has to be the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I understand that they shut down for the covid but I still need my papers back.

This is my first time in over 30 years paying someone to do my taxes.I am very impressed with Bob and Mike of BECERRA Income Tax Services. I especially noted that Bob not only explained the pertinent details of the new tax laws that would affect me and my wife's filing but advised me not to make any hasty decisions that could affect us negatively. That shows me a high degree of respect and ethics he has for his customers and himself. It took them a few days to complete the job because we (me and my wife) lost some forms. However, the necessary information was located and everything was submitted. I will probably return next year to save myself time and avoid the stress. You guys are top notch in my book and you have a new "Satisfied". customer

Bob Becerra has alway been professional, informed, and very easy to work with. Everyone on his staff is helpful and enjoyable to work with. At first I was unsure you about this place.. So I gave it a try, I called and the lady in the front desk was very super nice. I ask if they accept walk in or appointment. She directly said sure walk in are welcome so she made an appointment for me at 4pm... I pulled up to the office, its in a nice new built plaza in Highland. I walked in the lady was very nice and explained to me their office can offer. I waited about 5 minutes and was helped by this very nice gentleman name Robert, he educate me on a lot of stuff I didn't know. I was very pleased with the return. He got me back double than what I've been getting for the past 18 years. I'm so glad I went to him, I very highly recommend him. Very nice staff, clean office the price was cheaper than H&R block and they open year round.. I'm very happy with the results. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed..

If you want your taxes done right and professionally do not go here. When they mess up your taxes you will have to hunt them down. Please Please Please use CAUTION when going here they will take your money and run!
