My cooling fan stopped working. Made an early morning appointment for the next day. Mike gave me a reasonable estimate, updated messages and the computer was ready at 4pm. He upgraded the memory for an additional $5 and it’s working great. This is now my go to computer repair business. Thank Mike for being so helpful. Phil

I had a problem with a Windows update and couldn't get into my computer. Dropped it off with Michael, he was friendly and very knowledgeable of what he was doing. Got my computer back up and running, even installed a new hard drive so it would run better, and saved all my pictures on a flash drive. Price was very reasonable. Would recommend to anyone needing computer service to call them. Thanks again Michael!

Mike is Great!My laptop keyboard was not working properly which seemed like a pretty simple fix at 1st.It wasn't.It became very involved and time consuming.Correct parts turned out to be hard to locate and acquire.Even then Mike had to do some adapting of parts to get it working again.It is older but I like it, and it works for me.Didn't feel like spending a bunch of time and money shopping for new which most people would probably do.I appreciate that he did not give up, and my laptop works like new!His price was very reasonable.Very happy!!I would not hesitate to recomend Gigamajig to anyone.Very knowledgeable and friendly.Easy to work with.Can't ask for any more than that.Thanks Mike!
