As a mechanic, i will NEVER recommend your cars! Your cars are not safe, with leaking brake lines and leaking fuel lines, and oil just pissing on our environment! They were made too cheap, Buick, and Cadillac should not even be considered as luxury vehicles, it’s nothing but cheap plastic aesthetics.

I would absolutely NOT recommend GM. If you get a Chevrolet branded vehicle you can count yourself even worse off! Just had a representative waste my money and time. It is clear that this company crooked. Since the representatives are being taught by crooks it is no surprise that when the representative Rashay was called out on her mistake that she would lie about how long it takes to get a supervisor and hang up on me. Spoke with a supervisor Adrienne when I called back whom also hung up on me because she got called out on not looking up the details of my case. Seems like GM is just full of bullies and crooks. Their vehicle stopped in the middle of the freeway almost killing me and my family and I can’t even get anyone at Chevrolet to take it serious.

*Warning* For anyone considering a new electric vehicle form GM, i have been waiting 5 months for a charge port for my Bolt, no ETA. I still have to make my car payment, insurance, etc. The car is stuck at the collision center. Chevy or GM never responds.
