“We were shopping for a recliner and this store had an amazing selection of recliners and fabrics to choose from. Our Sales Rep, Sherrie, was the most helpful, patient and knowledgeable sales rep we ever have dealt with. We had a hard time selecting a fabric after we chose the chair and she let us take home multiple samples of three days before we made a selection. The store is set up nicely and everyone working there was very friendly.”

“I worked very closely with Mike from Lovesac located in Rochester hills. He helped build the configuration and was so patient with me while I was picking colors for the couch. Even after the delivery was done, Mike stayed in touch to make sure we were comfortable and had everything that we needed in order to set up our couches and our surround sound system. I really appreciate everything that he's done. He has excellent customer service skills and is awesome overall 100/10 recommend if you plan on buying a Lovesac go to this location and ask for Mike!”

“Overall the store was good and wide space the only thing I didn’t like was asking for help since I forgot something in my cart I asked the store manager to help me and he gave me attitude and talked to me like I wasn’t understanding him I unfortunately didn’t get a name but he was an older wider guy that’s my only complaint hopefully he has a better day another day.”
“We were recently in the market for some new furniture for our living room. We stopped in Harrison’s and really liked the style of their furniture as it was exactly the “vibe” we were looking for. We were also very impressed with the quality of the furniture (made in the U.S.). We worked with their designer, Keri, who helped us select appropriate fabrics to go with our existing living room colors and furnishings. This was a huge help as their selection of fabrics is so large it was nice to have the help of someone who is experienced and knowledgeable. Overall, we were extremely pleased with every aspect of working with Keri and Harrison’s. I can’t recommend them highly enough!”

The day of our delivery was perfect. The two men were kind and very helpful. Called ahead and arrived in a timely manner. Took away the old mattress and helped me set up the mattress skirt for a king size. Highly recommend this team. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. “I stopped in after seeing a Facebook post and great Google reviews. Do yourself a favor and do the same. Scott and Cal were awesome to work with. I bought a table off the show floor and they made me a custom stand and a bench to go with it. When they were dropping it off we talked about our ideas for the rest of the dining room. Scott found us 3 AMAZING slabs of black walnut to match the table- one was a solid 14 feet! He is truly an artist and cares deeply about getting things right. You'll be happy with the price as well compared to others in this trade.”
