Sorry because this does not apply to this specific location. If someone can send me the review page for this bank as a whole I will put this here. While I have no issue with the staff at this location, my loan was sold to Flagstar. Rather than give me one simple phone call from an actual human and explaining to me what was happening, they called me numerous times with a robot telling me I owed them money. I had zero idea that I owed them money for my mortgage and assumed it was a scam. Finally 4 weeks later I realize I actually do owe them money because I received something in the mail and my mortgage payment was a month overdue at that point. I am completely baffled at this awful customer service and if they charge any late fees I will take further action. While setting up my account I had to press "no" for paperless 1099 at least 3 times and the only options they give are "yes" or "no, ask me later" so that was aggravating as well. Nothing against this exact branch and I'll take this down if there's a better spot to put it.

Flagstar is a great bank! Natasha made opening my new account quik and easy. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and got me set up and on my way in no time.

I went to Flagstar Bank because I recognize the great investments that your corporation has made into the people of Pontiac.I was pleasantly surprised at the warm greeting I got on a Saturday morning from the staff. I needed to open 2 accounts, a personal one and one for my late father's estate of which I am the administrator.Ms. Shemeka Randolph took care of all of my issues quickly and professionally. She explained the process and she even checked my credit score and offered to connect me with the mortgage representative who could give me advice on what to do to improve my score and meet my financial goals for the future.I would recommend your bank to anyone I know is looking for a financial institution who cares about people and works for them.

The ATM is down often and then because there's no other branches close by. You havr to drive out if your way to visit an ATM that's allows you to use your card there. Or, to drive to another branch that's resrea out of your way.

Waited 30 minutes to see a banker before the manager, Maria, finally came out to assist. Then she proceeded to help the guy she was clearly friends with, who was in line after me, and I was made to wait another 10 minutes while they spoke at length in Spanish. Extremely unprofessional. The guy at the counter, who has a British accent, was very nice and professional, though.

Pros: Friendly staff, convenient location. Cons: Extremly slow wait times both inside and through drive thru, staff seemingly favors Mexican clients hence the reason majority of staff's first language is Spanish. I will not bank at this location anymore unfortunately.
