“I’ve seen Dr. James Stepanski for several years. He truly cares and takes the time to listen to my symptoms, ask questions, and explain any prescriptions or referrals. I also very much appreciate that he considers stress level and other factors before just handing out medication. The office itself is dingy and the administrative staff can be a bit rough around the edges at times (the strain on the healthcare system and staff is obvious), but I’ve always had great care here. The nurse who draws blood is incredibly kind and skilled at making the experience as easy as possible. My only real complaint with this office is the inability to make appointments when I’m sick. Their next available appointment is usually about 2 weeks out so I find myself going here for more long-term issues and annual appointments.”
