tried to exchange the hair that i got that I decided I didn’t want no more to get other hair because they don’t do refunds and the lady refused she refused the refund and the exchange ? so now I’m stuck with hair that I paid a lot for that I no longer want … left the store and came right back not even seconds later saying that I didn’t want the hair and it’s like she didn’t want me to exchange it nor a refund ? so now just a unsatisfied customer won’t be coming back there I’ll go to the other one down the street lost me as a customer

You should be able to return unopened hair not the color you want less than 2 minutes ago with receipt. Buying at Kim's is a wicked trap. Beware you can't get your money back, even if you just walked out the door without opening the pack with receipt. They tell lies to make unfair sales. They are deceitful and will play on insecurities. I don't intend to support their bad business practices. The wig place near Ocean City will at least give a discount voucher even though they won't give you an exchange either

Wonderful selection of wigs....but me and my girlfriends came in because I was starting Chemo in a few days and was going to lose my hair. After trying on 6 wigs, owner said...this is the last one, I questioned her and said why, she said Store policy, can only try on three and I had tried on many.....needless to say I was so truly disappointed ? she was kinda rude and not pleasant to work with.
