They don’t stay up on their orders for any items, parking lot is terrible and they hold up the line because they are too busy conversing with the customers, and you can’t find anything. I can’t stand this location

Been using the store since we moved here 3 years ago. It's had some rough patches in the past, and the parking lot is absolute hell for EVERYONE.Even through all the chaos of the pandemic, we have amazing people who come in to work and puts up with US ALL.I hope Corporate can help them out in some way in the future. Bless them. This is our go to store.

I have been frequenting this store for over 5 years. Over the past few months I have seen this store transform. The store is incredibly clean, the shelves are stocked, and the employees are always willing to help with a smile. Also, one of the most important things to me is that I am ALWAYS greeted with a smile when I walk in the store! I don't feel like this happens very often any more at stores. I can not express how impressed I am with the way Shyanne has turned this store around! Thank you for making my shopping experience great again this morning Shyanne and Nephietiti!

The store looks like a tornado blew threw it so you can barely find anything your looking for cuz it's probably still in the box blocking the aisle, they're no longer doing gift cards and have them out thinking a sign over your head will be noticed and the only worker in the store comes off as rude even tho he's probably just tired of being alone there every day. This location needs help, desperately.

It's a complete mess in here. These photos posted are clearly from wren this first opened. There's carts full of unopened boxes with product needing to be put out. There's stuff EVERYWHERE. The store is in complete disarray. It's quite depressing. Shelves haven't been dusted in forever. Now the customer service on the other hand is decent. The guy at the register was pleasant. Ok store, could be a lot better

Overcharged on items and when you call, no one ever answers the phone. Cashier recognize what she did and didn’t seem to care.
