This store had the friendliest smiles when I entered the store. They had candy throughout and joyful music playing. The ladies invited me with a hello. They provided me with the information I needed and resolved my issue quickly. I will always visit this store because of their efficiency and excellence in customer service!

I came here, on Sunday to buy and iphone 11.The iphone I had got is having connections issues. The lady called boost mobile they troubleshoot the phone more then 5 times and still no service. Remind you I got at the store at 12:45 it is now 2:36 phone still not active, nor working. I still have a hour drive back to my home. The worst boost mobile store. They lady is trying to fix my phone and do everything else but make sure my phone is great. I drove all the way from Westland to get a phone from Canton then tried to argue me about my phone

Amanda went beyond here duties to help me. While I was there the store was really busy. She was speaking Spanish, English to me, she was signing to a Deaf person. She is always so polite and knowledgeable. The store is clean organized and smelled amazing. I'll always do my business with her at that store.

These people at this boost Mobile store took $45 out of my account that was unauthorized I have no receipt for it they are crooks. Never ever ever ever go there if you're a white person because they will mess you over! I have never had this happen before ever ever. I have had to call my bank and cancel my card and get a new card and everything because they keep taking money out of my account and I know that it's the girl who waited on me because who else could it be? My advice to anyone would be never ever ever get a cheap screwed up boost Mobile phone from any boost Mobile store they cannot be trusted
